I took this pic of girls on the way to school. They loved the new items from Kiddo. Sydney is wearing the ivory military jacket. It’s in a soft light weight sweat shirt material. Gabriella is wearing the denim brown military version.

Gabriella just turned 8, every year we have been making this cake for her birthday and we’re been enjoying it in Fire Island with family. Finding the Yodels in NYC, choosing which flavor ice cream & toppings to use has become a family tradition of ours. I hope you enjoy making it as much as we love eating it.

Yodel Ice Cream Cake

Spring Form Pan
20 yodels
¾ box of smashed Oreos
2 flavors of ice cream
Sprinkles, gummy bears or whipped cream (whatever you prefer to put on top)

Cut Yodels in half the long way, so you can see the stripes (best to cut Yodels after they have been in freezer). Line Yodels up, stripes facing out around the pan. Add one flavor ice cream, then the smashed Oreo’s, then the 2nd flavor of Ice cream. Top with your favorite toppings. Put it back In freezer for 24 hours. Don’t forget to take the spring foam sides off before you serve it.
